  • Hotel, resort, cruise, vacation package, rental car, excursion, and activity coordination

  • Coordination and booking of eligible travel components after your approval

  • Travel protection options where available

  • One round of revisions included

Airfare
Flight recommendations are included in your plan. Clients book their own airfare directly, allowing you to use miles, travel credits, or your preferred card.

Delivery
Most travel plans are delivered within 5–7 business days after your consultation, depending on the complexity of your trip.

Revision Policy

​

One round of revisions is included in your $125 planning fee. Major revisions—such as changing the destination, travel dates, traveler count, or requiring a full itinerary rebuild—are $50 each and will be confirmed in writing before additional work begins.

Refund Policy

​

The $125 planning fee is non-refundable once planning work has started. If you have questions before getting started, please reach out before submitting payment.
